When cleaning wood decks we use special cleaners "Sodium Hydroxide". This will clean and prep your deck for sealing with perfection. With this type of cleaners, we can clean with a very low pressure "1200psi" or less. You should never use more than this, you could shorten the life of your deck.

We love cleaning Trex or Composite decking. We use industry standards when cleaning composite decking. Most composite makers require Sodium Hypochlorite with no more than 1500psi when cleaning. This is the practice that we use. If you use much more psi than that you will damage your decking. We are set up for this type of cleaning service.
